I don’t know about you, but I love ice cream! It’s the #1 thing I crave at the end of a long day.
Unfortunately, eating ice cream at night isn’t a very good idea… This recipe is perfect because it has the same texture as ice cream, way less sugar, and the cinnamon and ginger root give your body and skin all kinds of added benefits!
What You’ll Need:
1 nub minced Ginger Root (or 1 Tsp. Ginger powder)
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Turmeric
- ½ cup Purified Water
- 1 t. Maple syrup (optional)
- ½ frozen banana
Blend all ingredients on high until texture is thick and creamy. Eat with a spoon!
